We don't like asking you to re-register. But, in order to keep our customers secure, we can't let you access your account information online unless you provide us with a few critical pieces of information. Since you weren't able to provide the Username (or Password), and could not correctly answer at least one of your security questions, the only way for you to regain access to your account is to re-register.

Registering your account takes only a couple of steps:

First, go to https://care.siriusxm.com/verifyaccount_initialView.action#mainForm=verify&_mainForm=verify 

Next, fill out the contact information requested which includes, zip code, last name, phone number and radio ID

Last step will be to create User Login, it is recommended to use your email address and then choose two security questions and provide response

Once you hit submit you will receive confirmation that your account has been registered and you may then go directly to your account by clicking "My Account Home"
